Ask what exact product is being offered
Request the model, revision, intended task, electrical configuration, blade, accessories and packaging as written fields. Ask which statements come from the current model record and which require project confirmation.
This prevents a catalogue image or related model from silently becoming the specification.
Ask how approval and production are controlled
Ask how samples are identified, what the buyer approves, which production stages are checked and how changes are authorized. Define what happens when a sample or production check fails.
Request an agreed reference for artwork, labels, instructions and packing before production begins.
Ask what the documents actually cover
For every compliance document, ask for the model names, applicant, reference, issue date, directive, standards and supporting report. Confirm current destination-market needs separately.
Do not ask only whether the factory is certified; ask whether the proposed product and configuration are within the supplied evidence.
Ask how the product will be supported
Clarify warranty, excluded damage, replacement blades or parts, response contacts and the evidence supplied with shipment. A support plan should exist before the product reaches customers.
Send PCS one consolidated project brief so the factory can identify confirmed items, options and open questions.
