Define the commercial use case
State whether the product is for professional salons, mobile groomers, home users, equine care or a mixed retail assortment. Include the target countries, expected sales channel and launch window.
Describe the grooming task and workload without turning an untested preference into a guaranteed performance claim.
- Destination market
- Intended user and grooming task
- Estimated quantity range
- Target sample and launch timing
Specify the product configuration
Name a preferred model or list the functions that must be evaluated. Record corded or cordless operation, voltage, plug, blade format, accessories, color, logo and packaging as separate fields.
Ask the supplier to mark each item as confirmed, optional or requiring development so assumptions do not become purchase specifications.
Request evidence and commercial boundaries
List the documents required for the destination market and ask which exact models each record covers. Include sample cost, quotation validity, packing basis, inspection expectations, shipping term and after-sales responsibilities.
Send PCS one consolidated RFQ so open questions can be returned in a single gaps list.
- Model-specific document request
- Sample approval criteria
- Inspection and packing scope
- Warranty and replacement-part route
