Checks may occur during assembly and before packing. Buyers should ask which functions are checked, how results are recorded and how nonconforming units are handled.
A test performed on a sample or one model must not be generalized to every production unit or product family.
Packing closes the controlled order
Final packing should align the product, label, accessories, instructions and carton with the approved order. Shipment records help the buyer trace which configuration was supplied.
